Some countries such as China still have quarantine rules in place, which will probably put off Chinese people from travelling abroad if they have to quarantine when they return home. Travel costs are also higher than before, so it makes it expensive for people to visit the UK for short working trips if they are normally based abroad.
Brexit did persuade a lot of people without local roots to leave the UK, or decide to not come in the first place. Their opportunities for employment were reduced with the requirement to apply for a skilled worker visa or settlement. I think that many EU girls who came before would initially have legitimate low paid jobs or a plan to get one, then supplement their income with providing services. They would need to tell their families that they had a proper job etc. EU citizens can come on a tourist visa for 6 months which restricts them to a short stay with higher accommodation costs (short-let) and hassle.
However the higher prices should eventually improve supply, but at the expense of the punter.

That was the reason lots went home, not Brexit ffs, they could have all stayed, every last one of them if they were already here, but could not because they lost most ways of income.
Sure it is harder for them to return and new ones to come, but it is not stopping floods of Thais and South Americans, where there is a will there is a way, anyone can get here through Ireland and skip passport control.
Get on a plane in Dublin, land at Stansted and you will be diverted away from passport control straight to baggage reclaim, as far as I know Ireland is still in the EU and any EE can go there and come here, without a visa. Illegal yes, but who is going to find them ?
The economy in Poland has been good too, I assume you mean Poles by EE, because there are plenty of Romanians and Hungarians around, maybe some Poles want to stay home?
Costs are a bigger factor now, flights, rent, bills, and do not forget those with a plan, save and go home, buy or build and live rent and mortgage free, plenty have done it. Those that chose another country over the UK, do you think we are the only country with demand for whores

If they want to get here they will, Brexit will not stop them, does not stop the Romanians flooding the place.
Brexit had little effect whatsoever, just easy to blame it and forget the other shite that was going on around it, it never gets a mention, just the same old boring blame Brexit

Not a thought for anything else as a reason behind it, the Pandemic never happened.
