Called to book, agreed time and was sent postcode. Arrived at location took ages to find parking, when I eventually found parking i called to say i am walking down. She asked to call back when outside the block. Called back 30 secs later to be told i will text you the instructions. I dont know why she could not do that anyway or tell me over the phone, about a minute or two later i was sent a code for the exterior door. Went it and texted to ask for apartment number. Waited for a minute or two and then my phone died. Went back to the car put my phone on charge, when phone came back on there was no text so i called. She did not answer but textd back saying yes? (Like she didnt know what was going on) then she messaged to say previous customer extended.
