Open question to the forum, but what are the pitfalls and positives of having an escort or seeking.com arrangement to your house? I'll be moving soon and will have my own house, not overly concerned about neighbours, but stuff like theft or blackmail/threats is a concern. Anyone have any experience if this? Good or Bad.

I used to work away and had a flat that I used during the week. Regularly arranged outcalls; indies and agency;and never had any issues. It was in many respects an ideal situation as I had little in the way of personal items in the flat and most of the neighbours were similarly transient residents.

If it was my permanent home however, I would think carefully about the options and take sensible precautions If I decided to go ahead.

Consider the equation:  size of issue = seriouness  x probability.
probability of the WG or her pimp trying to burglar/blackmail you is very low (providing you've done your due diligence and not booke the first rom from VS) but the consequences could be far far worth (especially if in a relationship).

The trouble with threads like this there is no right answer, for some people it could end up as a disaster for other there are no issues at all. It all depends on the individual's circumstances.

Even if the police knocked on your door asking questions, you don`t have to say anything or let them in, they can only come in to make an arrest, or if they  have a search warrant.

The first was when an SP decided she was going to take a couple of mementoes of her visit.  One was just a valueless ornament, but the other was a cherished reminder of a deceased relative.  She got very abusive about handing it back, and almost turned violent.  The second was an SP who I had seen several times and trusted, she said she had to pop back downstairs as she had left the condoms in her coat pocket - I am convinced she let someone else into the house while she was down there, although fortunately nothing was missing.

Admittedly they were two incidents out of dozens, but they totally put me off home outcalls.  As far as I am concerned, you are far too vulnerable.  You can't just walk away if it goes wrong, or call for assistance like you can in a hotel.
