I'm not defending the lass, BUT unfortunately "Life" has an uncanny knack of throwing everyone a"Fastball of Shite" every now and again. 

Bottom line is you have to deal with it as you see fit. 

So depending on the severity of it, it usually means a few shifts off work, no matter what you do for a living.

I had the rare opportunity of a daytime booking in Sunderland yesterday and had my Eye on Kelani.  By the time I reached for my punting phone, she'd cancelled her shift.  At that point, she was still showing as being available today (Thursday) which she's now cancelled.   

There's no point being good at this job if you never actually turn up.  Not sure I'd risk anything other than a last minute booking with her as the chance of being let down on seems high.

May be a bit excessive to assume she's already out her tree on drugs. I would disagree with Alfie though, you don't know how many shifts it could take anyone to burn out, be it 1 booking to a 60 year career.
