Hello Shannon here, thank you for your valued feedback, I have registered on here not to defend myself but to explain what would of happened. I always explain to people that when I am at work I often do not have time to answer emails and it's always best to call, which I know you have stated you did, I couldn't fit you in at your desired time and I would of offered you an available time slot for Friday. The only reason I would of asked you once if you had been before is simply because when people say "yes" I say "great you know where to park" and I do not have to go through directions. Also my profile clearly states that I will not get into lengthy text conversations so maybe after you text a dozen or so times I was getting the impression you may of been a time waster.
