So I may be answering my own question however on my experience usually fake profiles are limited... there is not much content on the profile..
I come across this profile
External Link/Members Only ... no log in since the day it was created... no reverse image search hits and the girl looks hot. shows as british (but doesn't look it) however it's fully verified.
