Why so few SW TS reviews?

I’ve wanted to book a TS provider for a while. Tend to look in Cheltenham, Swindon, and bristol. Give up quite quickly. As you say, very few reviews and I’m wary booking someone without any feedback. She does usually get hard OK the times I've seen her though.
The only negative about her is her location - it's residents only parking, so you either have to walk in from town (10 mins maybe?) or get lucky with one of the few free for all spaces on nearby streets.
