I've seen her a couple of times, had a great time on both occasions. That was more than 2 years ago.

Banbury doesn't have to explain or justify himself to anybody, it's an open forum and he's entitled to voice his own opinions as we all can.
As DrC has stated you need to man up but I'm not sure if you can.

I think Bunbury is still feeling unwell at reading stefanow's review of Louisa Fox and needs to go lie down.

That said, stefanow, the subtler point is being lost: you say you can't do a positive review of Mia Starr since it's over a year ago (fair enough) but have you only seen Louisa Fox in that time? You happily boast of seeing a several women in another thread:

The answer to your question is “No”...  I’ve not had a session in the last couple of years that wasn’t
good ‘in my opinion’.  Perhaps I’m easily pleased...  or perhaps I take my time to qualify my
meetings in advance to make sure I’m going to get what I want out of it for my money.

I have no issue with UKP being a robust environment and I fully appreciate that everyone needs to
feel they can trust what is written here.  Sure I’ll find my feet and perhaps the critical mass will
chill the fuck out with me at some point, but from my brief experience on here so far, can I make
the following comments:

- Not everyone is looking for a 20 year old size 8 sex kitten for ‘mish, doggy and finishing on tits’.
- Not everyone just needs a quick last minute 15 minute fuck cos a wank isn’t going to scratch it
- Not everyone takes pleasure in trying to be as rude as possible about escorts who weren’t 10/10.

I have more reviews to post, but I’m in no rush because plenty of you seem to  view giving people shit
about what they write as the main reason for this site.  I’m going to be as accurate and honest as
I can and write within the guidelines.

Why the focus on negative reviews?????

I don't know what the current exchange rate is but a negative (or even neutral) review has much more value than a positive (I recollect someone saying it's worth ten times as positive). As someone who claims to do "A LOT of research before booking" you won't need it explained to you why.

Furthermore, in your case, it's indicates the breadth of your review spectrum. Clearly you only operate in shades of green. That's fine. I guess what we'll learn in months to come is whether you can go greener than "fluffy as fuck".

Couldn't agree more... a negative review is worth much more than a positive or neutral review.

Apart from anything, I imagine we can all agree on the fundamental things which make a booking
a poor one.  Not so easy for us to all agree on what makes a great one.  Reading through the good
reviews on here, it is obvious to me that I am in the minority in terms of what I look to get out of
a meeting. 

But as I mentioned, in the 20+ sessions I've had over the last few years, I can honestly say that
only a few have been poor.  When I have the inclination, I will write them up. 

I'm getting my head around the general hostility given to newbies like myself, but I'm sure you'll
appreciate its tricky to keep a cool head when people seem to be constantly casting aspersions on
my gender, integrity and general ability to objective.  Somebody described it as 'robust'.  I have a
different take on it currently... but I'm a grown up, and I'm here to learn.  Get the feeling it's going
to take a while though.  Thanks for not being too personal in your judgement on me so far.

Credibility is key on here. For a genuine newbie who wants to participate it can be difficult to understand why he's being challenged when he feels that all he's doing is offering an honest opinion. However, on the flip side, a new face could be an existing member with a 2nd account, a returning banned member, a tout/pimp, school kid, someone from mumsnet, a journalist or someone else with an agenda... We don't know who you are so early posts can come under rigorous scrutiny, particularly if comments are overly positive (i.e. you) or negative. This peer review can take take the form of provocation to gauge the reaction. You might be feeling hard done by but you've gotten off lightly so far IMO. You're not helping yourself though, e.g. being pedantic/petulant when TWO moderators ask you to clarify when you saw Laura Fox. Effectively saying "I don't have to clarify when; you take my word it's within the last 12 months as the rules permit" do you no favours and, quite frankly, you come across as a dick. Roll with the punches; the ride does smoothen out after a while.

One final thought to bear in mind: eyes become narrowed when other members indulge in over promotion of SPs (e.g. dishing out lots of high praise; overly fluffy reviews) whether intentional or not (ref daviemac's post above #7). You can imagine the response when someone defends the action of a SP, particularly when the consensus is that she's at fault.
