I think he is right , what do you guys think , we just pay for 11 minutes , 150 pounds for 11 minutes so thats around 14 pounds a minute.

Your quote seems to be taking a night down to 45 mins down to 11 mins so I think it's a load of crap, for one thing the standard disclaimer is you pay for time and companionship and what you do in that time is up to you.

Provided you receive the full time booked and the service agreed or advertised then where does £14 a minute come into it or do you really expect to be having penetrative sex for a full hour.

Don't know about you but I can get my clothes off and on again in less than 1 minute and I can talk while doing other things so that gives me 59 mins of my hour.

I know it's only from a book but, that's a load of tosh. Either the author has never punted, or he's trying to hide it, or that's standard for Switzerland.

If anyone pays £150 for 45 mins then they're being ripped off, more so if there's only 11 minutes of proper action.

Incidentally OP I read many of Coelho's books and I remember one about a prostitute, but not the quote above. Which book did you take it from?

Depends what is meant by actually having sex, if that means penetrative sex that is about right for me in an hours punt or too much, indeed sometimes i dont have any. If it means any form of sexual contact then i ensure i have 50 minutes of that in an hours punt. I have zero interest in Overnighters.

She calculates that 11 minutes is for 350 swiss francs. I mapped it onto typical London bookings of one hour and typical rate of 150 pounds and calculated it to 14 pounds per minutes of any type of penetration.

In my punting life of 10 hours i met 100's of women and only once i went for a overnight. As i really loved her and wanted to wake up with her. But that morning taught me for her its only business and for her money is the only thing to be with me for the night.

Your being very selective with your quotes, the prossie in the article even says she avoids intercourse at times as she is paid for her time and it's the writer who calculates the eleven minutes not her.

That statement makes me wonder about you,  money is the only thing they all care about.

I suppose it depends on what punters believe they are paying for. Don't know about 'all night', but when I have an hour's punt, I doubt if my cock in actually inside the girl's vagina for more than eleven minutes or so. But I pay for the whole experience, from seeing her dressed, telling her what I want, watching her undress etc etc.

I enjoyed Coelho's early books but a few of the recent ones were becoming a bit too cheesy for my linking, so I stopped reading him.

Anyway, now that we are on the subject of prostitution in literature, anyone read the Gabriel Garcí­a Márquez' fabulous "Memories of My Melancholy Whores"?

I thoroughly recommend it. The sign of things to come if anyone becomes an OAP punter.
