Over the years that I have been punting I have found that independent escorts provide the best service compared to parlour girls. It is simply because from beginning to end I get that "personal" touch from the lady, a very important thing for me in getting myself engaged in the meet. In my most recent spell of punting, the ladies I've seen were mainly independents.

With parlours I feel that there is the lack of that "personal" touch from the lady. I also feel that the service parlour girls give is generally mechanical and rushed. In my early years of punting (2009 to 2011) the majority of my meets were in parlours. Some of the ladies were fantastic, others were awful. In 2015 alone I only had two punts that took place in parlours.

I should see parlour girls more, they seem to get me over my delayed ejaculation problem quicker than any indie ever has.  Shame there are non in the shire.

Think the seedy environment of it all switches a switch in my brain.

I am conscious that this is a sweeping generalisation but for what its worth I tend to find "indies" are more likely to be long term WGs and have a reputation to maintain. Whereas parlour girls stop and start work as the need arises and sometimes the service may be less than perfect sometimes. Given the booking system they are also under pressure to keep on schedule. Whereas indies may only opt to see a few guys per day.

I am conscious that some girls have had lengthy careers on the parlour scene so as I said a sweeping generalisation!!

Have used Sandy's in Manchester and a couple of the Milton Keynes ones (with mixed results) but you know it is a conveyor belt. Indies have more control over their meetings. frequency and so on.

Tend to use (some) parlours only in emergencies. The Nottingham ones are shite

There is also what I consider to be a mix between independents and parlours, and they are what I would call the Group girls. I call them Group because they tend to work in a bunch of 4 or 5 and they are controlled by a pimp/madam. They also tend to be Eastern European.

I saw quite a fair few of those types in 2011, at a time when I was only starting to use Adultwork more extensively and therefore inexperienced in scrutinising which girls were good and which were bad.

I have to say that the Group girls were much, much worse than the parlour girls. With the exception of 2 girls I saw, I found them to be generally disinterested, distant and mechanical in their approach. Also the girls didn't do the services that were advertised on their profile.

If it was a clear choice of the two it would be parlours for me.

I've had some great Indie punts but I've come to realise that its the seedy part of punting that gave me the most satisfaction & as street punting was not an option I probably used parlours as a substitute.

However I'm not a lover of the multi occupancy house style brothel that are usually EE ran.

Putting aside whether most Indies actually are or not I quite like punting in a Parlour/brothel on occasion, problem in London is there aren't any near me that charge what I call VFM rates, whereas I can locate so called Indies or group flat EE WGs for a lot less in the same area usually.

But I mainly visit incalls and like the at home almost amateur atmosphere if the real indie ladies I visit in their own place.
