I can't speak for the the UK because strip clubs tend to be a holiday thing for me and my friends, to be honest the only reason we've been is that most of the time there tends to be one close to our hotels and in some cases have later alcohol licences than other places. It can't be a whole lot different so I'll put my 2 cents in about the way the ones I have been to work.

out of the 7 I've been to, they have had one of two layouts, either multiple stages where you can wonder around and tip the dancers, they have a few girls walking around offering private dances but for the most part you approach them. The other type has one stage but a whole lot more dancers walking around with a more aggressive approach to getting you to go to a private booth for a dance.

In terms of other services, I've never actually asked as I feel like it would be rude/offensive to do so but have been offered. The higher class ones (tend to be the ones with multiple stages) I've never been offered or it hasn't been implied but some girls do go the extra mile and put your hands on them/concentrate on certain area's more. The two occasions that it has been offered have been in rough looking places where there girls are a 6 or 7/10 and its been while getting a private dance, they tend to say "for an extra $$ we can meet after"

In UK they make their money from private dances.  So the front pole dance is just to show off so you will book a private.  Mostly you don't tip there.
