As for her threat, you can ignore it.  You've done nothing illegal, and Adultwork won't care.  Assume it was just a brief rant, then she got over it.

Public school education & in particular grammer FFS!!! "didnt" is actually "didn't" - by "hang her the fee" - I guess you mean "hand her the fee" & your sentence structure is all wrong - this is how you say it in English :

"I didn't hand her the fee and when she opened the door I simply ran away."

I guess the irritating newbies we've had to suffer the last 2 or 3 days is the price to be paid for the recent publicity ukp has received.
