I know having had a private health check where some Q&A's on various things, expensive enough to warrant more than just a blood test etc
& there are numerous threads on here containing useful intel
However a cocktail of fanny batter & potentially harry [a strain or three maybe] is a different ball game
At some point a BB SP will catch something for sure & nodders dont usually go all the way down so allows some genital to genital contact
You'd have to be a bit unlucky however genital warts on the SPs flaps which may be pretty much invisible or in their infancy can cause a problem
Then there's other activities incl. OWO / fingering / RO / pussy slides etc
Hence IMO a BB SP presents a much higher risk than usually the case than with FS SPs who take sensible precautions
I'd like to think that with my track record on here i'm hardly squeamish
In summary does a SP doing BB present a different risk:
1/ lower
2/ the same [as @JAP seems to think - tho he needn't worry 10 reviews in 3 years
]
3/ higher
4/ much higher
IMO 3 a dead cert, 4 very most likely
Each to their own as to what risks are acceptable / not
