Does anyone know the set up at the Mercure Grand Bristol - is it easy to bypass reception and get up to rooms?

Was there on Sunday for a punt. Walked in, easy to bypass reception. No issues

I think the lifts are towards the back on the building. Just blend in with everyone else and don't make eye contact!
