Could be a number of different reasons.

I've seen many edits overs the years and one of the easiest ways to spot. Is when a background  become warped. Due to a lack skills in editing and use camera work.

Editing to hide/change the real shape could be  considered a form of deceit. And when that's the case, will they be as deceitful with the service. Also providing substandard attitudes, for the paying punter
