Not something I've ever paid attention to ... is this group something of a scam?
Most groups like that - but especially that one - are mainly webcam/chatline/media sales organisations, with the "escorting" just showing as a come-on to bring them to more punters attention. Few of the girls actually escort, and those that do usually prove to be very low on the service level stakes. One common trick is to get you to indulge in a chat session before they agree to a punt, but of course the punt never happens: they always have an excuse why not, or they simply block you
Having said that I've got to qualify it by saying this one's not currently advertising any online chat services, or any media for sale so it's a bit unclear what's going on. Most of her AW feedback is for webcamming, but that's no longer offered as a service on her profile. These groups exist to help the girls balance the cash flow from online sales and sessions via AW, but with no sales that's not a reason for her to be a member. What these groups also do is "reputation enhancement" - i.e. fake reviews/feedback on AW and elsewhere, but there seems little evidence of that.
Altogether slightly odd.
