I messaged a sp on adultwork (new member only joined 6th feb) and was given a mobile number to contact, during our conversation she stated that she worked with other escorts in the same building and had a woman in charge that they called the boss who took money from every session. when she gave me her number she started the number with 44 instead of the usual uk prefix of 0. From the rest of the conversation I believe her to possibly be pimped or trafficked. Do you think I should report this to the appropriate authorities? or am I being paranoid? New on here so would appreciate  any advice

0044 or +44 is  the UK country code.

She could be a female pimp, could be a maid, could be organiser of a female collective.

Some ladies don't have the admin skills to work completely independently so need someone to do that work. Doesn't mean she has been trafficed

Giving out the country code is no big deal.  I see it a lot.  Its easier to adapt to giving the country code with your number if you see lots of international clients.  As i work with various foriegn companies i now have the habit of saying +44 with my number, even to locals.

If she is on AW, why not post a link to the profile, may be some members know more details or might have even visited her before, can give a clearer picture.

Most of the mobile numbers will have +447444 123456 insted of 07444 123446, as AW is world wide

She's foreign and she has someone taking money from her.
You got the impression she was trafficked or pimped. Therefore you must report this to the police. If you can get the exact address including building or flat number it will help.
However do not go to the address. If you visit knowing there is a risk of trafficking and are caught you'll be in a very bad situation.
Find as much as you can, report it, but keep away.

Did tineye on the photo but came back as no matches

I've found tineye finds pretty much bugger all these days.

The best one for searching images is Yandex (IMHO), and then Google reverse image search. Once you've found someone on either of those, then if you search for the alternate link they give on tineye, there is a slim chance that it will then find it as well. But don't hold your breath.

Adding +44 doesn't necessarily mean much, I've done it myself.
And on the other foot, if someone was being closely controlled, the last thing the controller would want to do is give them the means to contact other people by voice or text. Or call the police themselves. So it may be innocent.

But the bottom line is if you have strong enough suspicions, or just feel that something isn't quite "right", listen to your experience.
The anti-trafficking units rely on tip offs as one of their information sources as it's challenging to get information on people traffickers.
Better someone pokes their head around the door to check in that everything's OK and be a false alarm (which they do with some inner city establishments anyway), than let someone get away with using another human being through threat or force.

I would report the conversation to the Modern slavery hotline, you can do this anonymously. There may not be a problem but by giving the details they will look into it and if it's a genuine issue they can help. I had a similar issue several years ago and 3 months later I saw police reports of arrests at the address in question. Perhaps worth reminding that anyone who's prepared to traffic someone for profit is also probably equally psychopathic in terms of how they view your continued well being too. Some of them are extremely dangerous people and members of trans-national organised crime gangs, and will use violence without a second thought, against an SP or anyone who disrupts their profiteering.

The specialist police units set up to tackle them are much better prepared on every level to intervene and come out of it in better shape than any member of the public.

@Admin - Suggestion: Could you consider posting the modern slavery hotline link in an appropriate place in the forums, to make more people aware of this.

Managed to do an online report on the website that one of the other contributors has posted but I notice that there are a plethora of other profiles very similar and the original sp has put up another profile, same photos different name.
