I find the meets relaxed and more natural as well.
The only downside is that you find that most girls want regular meets and my  budget could only cover once a month possibly twice, whereas some girls want to see you more regularly if you're on a ppm basis.

100% this, at the moment I’m getting over my fave SP retiring due to having a baby so fucking my way through as much of SA as I can.

Been talking to women to try and sort a regular thing, but want a total 5 star, stunning, good personality etc for that.

From a personal point of view, I wouldn't care if it came out that I was on there. I was single at the time I was on it so wasn't going behind anyone's back. And, besides, so what? Most mates of most blokes won't care in the least - any distaste they express will be for the benefit of their OH, most likely. I think it's far more of a risk for the girls on it as they'll be seen as one step down from a prossie if their families found out.

I was never bothered one bit about the girls I met knowing who I was. Actually, I made the specific point of telling them who I was and sending them a link to my FB profile and suchlike so they knew who they were meeting. Similarly, I've always known their names - perhaps not straight away but certainly after a first meeting.

Almost all other dating webites are shite by comparison. I've met some absolutely wonderful girls on SA, some I still chat to and have on FB and I met my current GF on there. Most of the girls are realists and know they aren't going to make a ton of money off it, especially in this part of the world. The recurring theme I hear from girls on SA is that most of the guys on it are just seedy fantasists who are probably skint and ultimately back out of meeting when it starts to get close to it. That's what makes it so bloody great for guys who are actually using it for its intended purpose. I'm an average guy in my middle 40's, not skint but far from wealthy, and I can't think of any other method by which a guy like me could get to go out with a collection of stunning women 25 years or more younger than me. What I've also found is that it's not true that all these girls want paying, or at least not loads of money. Lots are on there because guys their age are seedy fuck-boys who want porn movie type sex, are usually skint and generally treat women like shit. They are simply looking for a decent guy to do nice things for them, take them nice places and treat with with a bit of respect.

Agreed! Agree with much of your experience though I go on gut before giving much away on who I am. SA is almost unique in the opportunities it gives guys, it’s that unusual if you could tell your mates ab it or write a book I doubt most would believe the stories of meets ups etc. The fb from SBs you mention rings true with what I’m told 100%

Depends on how often you punt - I find the amount of contacts you can get from a months sub can last 6 months so it’s not that expensive in reality
You only have to get one freebie and it pays for itself - prefer longer / overnights so it’s far better than AW by the hour but be warned it is hard work and you will need all your whits about you not to get scammed
Stick to your limit, grow some balls and be prepared to walk away and not take things personal when things don’t work out

You can base an opinion on someone with reasonable accuracy if you take all the other relevant circumstances into account and if you've been conversing with them for a while though.
