What I struggle to get is why people feel this is a problem? So what, she does bareback? Does she force you to fuck her without a condom? I doubt she does. Many SP's fuck people other than punters without condoms. A condom will only protect you from so many things, so a lot of STI's can still be caught while using a condom. A condom won't protect you from skin to skin transmissible diseases such as herpes, genital warts and syphilis.
Basically, if you decide to fuck SP's (whatever their grading on the UKP scale) you should accept the risks and live with the results.
