Well, that was a complete waste of a morning. Got through to Karla yesterday (spoke on the phone and confirmed with text exchanges) and booked a session for this morning. All confirmed. Make a special trip to London. Text her for the address in the morning - no response. Text her 15 minutes before the session - no response. Try calling - no answer. Texted 4 times - no response. Called 4 times - no answer. In fact, one of the times I called, her line was busy so she was on the phone (ie. the phone was on, she was awake, she was not in some tunnel). No message all day apologizing or explaining.
