Well, it's a political issue only if you want to make it that. I deliberately was not. I was solely stating it as fact that it has affected the number of SPs, in the same way that restriction of movement due to the pandemic has also restricted the number and location of SPs. Which can also be made political if you so wish, but I'm not. And in the same way that working in Britain in the winter probably has the same seasonal effect, which isn't political, but is still cause and effect.
My point is that I'm not going to get into a slanging match about defending or voicing an opinion about either being right or wrong, nor encourage anyone else to. That's political. Merely to state that it is an event that has had a knock-on effect, the effect being why Gloucester is empty of SPs. Which addressed the OP's original question, "Did all the girls migrate from AW or something?". Can't really answer the question without stating that, as it's one of the two main reasons behind both lack of SPs and rising prices. Ignoring it is just pretending it doesn't exist for the sake of not stating it as a cause. But you can answer it with a level head merely as an observation, without making judgements, taking sides, or scoring cheap political points, all of which I've avoided and desisted from. That's when things get political, let's not go there.
Nothing more than that. End of story.
