Muscular/Tobed/Gym Girls

Hi All,

I realise there was a thread on this a year or so ago, but I wanted to see if there was in updated info. I am looking right a girl who is in fantastic gym shape, with defined abs. I did have my eye on Katy Apple who has been reviews on here, but I delayed too long and now she has left the UK by the looks of things.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

To have definition one has to have very low body fat percentage so that the muscles stand out. For a woman average body fat is probably 30-35%, to even show her abs she will need less than about 15%, in "fitness models" competitions they will have less than 10% but this is only for the competition and will be achieved by "shredding" and being "pumped" (weights) just before going on stage to show off their muscles to the greatest extent.
Thus you are unlikely to find someone with this degree of definition.

The type you're looking for are certainly rare in the UK. Abs in particular are difficult, due to the dieting issues as mentioned already. If you are interested in muscle, look on wb270.com but be mindful that not all ladies on there offer sexual services.

Not entirely sure if she falls into the 'just right' group or if she's gone way too far on the muscle front.  It's one of those judgements I could only make in person.  For the record her main profile pic is too manly for my tastes, but her ample bum and legs do it for me.

Gee whizz, that Mistress looks hot. Shame no where near me, but if there was someone similar in NW (and reasonably priced) i'd definitely consider going with an older woman.
