Very bad comms, tried contacting her couple of times, irregular replies to text messages and finally called her to book which was easier. She later texted to change the agreed time and luckily it worked for me.
Development in South Quay, easy to get, in no questions asked. She explains where to go with a text message. She has to come down and pick you up as lifts require keycard. Have to wait around 5 minutes but it was ok as many people coming in and going out and you can wait by the lifts instead of the area where the concierge is.
