How far would you travel for a punt?

This might have been discussed before but...

Was chatting to a fellow punter at the weekend and was astonished when he revealed he is happy to travel up to 2 hours and even other cities for a decent punt and that is for like a 1 hour booking!

My max is 1 hour travelling time and even then I know my cock is controlling my brain when I realise I have been travelling for 50 mins and not arrived at the pussy yet!

Just wondered what your maximums are or is the 2 hour thing not unusual

i've traveled 1.5 hrs for a 1 hour punt before, but that was to a parlour, so knew what i was getting, and had seen the SP previously

It was a two hour trip for a work meeting this morning and a further 90 minutes to the SPs, then a two hour 15 minute trip home, I've gone in a big triangle across the Pennines, through Peak District and back to God's own county, in a blizzard.

The SP was offering something I was looking for that isn't available locally, I wouldn't drive for more than an hour normally.

Because where l live is a total punting desert and a bit close knit, l have to travel at least 20 miles before l get to a decent punt/massage with extras. Sometimes go up to 40 miles for someone who takes my fancy.  There are a couple of WG's about 12 miles away but l have to be blue of balls and not able to get away further.

I see three regular ladies. One is four hours and 300 miles away, one is 1&1/2 hrs away, and the third is a fifteen minute walk.
I love all three dearly and the service they all provide justifies, in my mind, the journey.
Mind you, I usually incorporate a holiday into a visit to the furthest.

In my younger years I would go to London for a punt (I live up north) so including driving and tube looking at over 8 hours round trip. I did include a trip to a museum or gallery but nevertheless looking back can't believe I used to do it in a day. Couldn't do it now but in those days i enjoyed the day out.

Around 2005/6 I used to drive from Hertfordshire to Sandy's in Manc for a 1 hour punt.  These days, the furthest I will go is Northampton, which only takes around 45 mins.   I am tempted to punt in London, but cant be arsed with trains and tube etc.

I'll usually limit myself to a four hour round-trip. I've had an over 3 hour one way trip but that was down to an accident en-route.

That said, I've had a reverse booking where the lady in question had an almost 3 hour drive just to get to me.

I never travel for more than half an hour each way and it's rare I even do that. I tend to punt based on where I am due to either work or leisure/social reasons. Fortunately, work takes me all over the place (both around my neck of the woods and to other cities) so I get quite a lot of variety and choice in terms of punting.

Right now ah hour or so is my max and I really fucking resent that. I'm looking forward to working in central London this summer so hopefully I'll only be 15 minutes away from an afterwork punt.

If I had the time and the money I'd travel pretty far and wide, especially if I trusted the WG not to mess me about and I'd probably go abroad too. I did go to Liverpool specifically for a punt back when I first started but wouldn't do that again right now.

If I'm forced out of London due to rent prices I may end up doing more than an hour journey's into Zone 1 but I hope that doesn't happen, not sure I have the patience for that.

I once did a 300+ miles round trip for a punt that didn’t happen. It was partly as a result of my mistake.
She had interpreted my 2 o clock in the afternoon as 2 in the morning. Technically she was right, but fuck me she could have at least answered the bleeding phone after I’d made the journey and left messages.

I prefer to play close to home, it's just easier. That said, last year I drove to Mansfield from Leeds, about an hour and 10 minutes. The furthest I've travelled for a specific punt was Leeds to Leicester, via train, to see Sindi many years ago.

I've done Soho walk ups when down in London before, but they weren't the reason for my visit so can't really count them... more short term convenience.

Edit - I also travelled to Newcastle by train several years ago to visit Rosina. Probably a similar distance to Leicester?
