@thekinkexplorer Sorry you've had this dreadful experience. Have you reported her to AW, think it would be wise if you were to do so. Apologies if this is something you've already been asked.
I sure did... however, this was their reply...no chance of her being removed from the site in their eyes.

AdultWork.com Help Centre
Hello
Thank you for your email.
Whilst we appreciate your concerns, please note that AdultWork.com like many other platforms providing sites has no direct relationship with any of the members using the facilities provided. We are not adult business operators but Internet Technology specialists, and marketers of online business solutions who provide a place where those that do, can advertise their services and correspond with like-minded persons.
Insofar as we can, we are able to act against a member's profile if in the use of tools available to them on this site, they are in breach of our Terms of Service Agreement. We are unable to adjudicate upon events that may or may have not taken place as a result of your contact with a member. As much as we would like to, we can't stop members others may feel are timewasters or less than genuine. If we remove them, then in all probability they will re-register and will go under the radar next time.
We do have means in place to identify them to others via the ratings and alias system and that is the best effort in prevention in these cases. If any booking was made you should be able to leave feedback. That is your platform to alert others of your experience to prevent it from happening again to someone else.
We also offer advice on how to avoid timewasters or those others may feel are less than genuine, which is published on every profile within the "Authentic Member?" link at the bottom of each profile page.
Any victim of any crime should contact their local law enforcement department. We cooperate fully with law enforcement. They can contact us via the Law Enforcement area on the Contact Page. Please encourage them to quote dates, times and most importantly, nicknames.
We hope you continue to enjoy the facilities on the site and recommend that should you choose to enter into any arrangements with other members you adopt a “buyer beware policy” as you would do when dealing with any stranger.
Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
Regards,
The AdultWork.com Team
