This took place today. Yes, I invited this upon myself after reading reviews about her on here. However, I have seen her in the past and on that occasion, although on the road to dross I actually enjoyed the seediness of the event.

So roll on to present day, I arrived at her property and was let in. She closed the door behind me and stood infront of it and demanded I pay upfront. Now the Gollum-like creature in front of me was a waste of her previous self and my last visit (2+ years ago). Gaunt, sunken-eyed with a black eye for good measure.

As soon as I saw her like that, I said I won't be staying. She then again demanded the money saying this was a time-wasting appointment. I firmly said no and tried to get out the door. At which point she shouted "I have a knife" and then grabbed a kitchen knife that had been hidden on the window sill and waved it at me in what I would say was a mentally frenzied state from her.

Well at that point I wasn't going to play silly buggers. I handed her the money (£80) which she tore from my hands. And I was out the door and on my way.

I have reported via Crimestoppers. I'm not doing a full personal report to the Police for discretionary reasons but please be aware she's literally armed and fucking dangerous. Do not even attempt to see her. She has fully derailed now.

Drug addicts rarely bluff, their reasoning powers don't stretch that far. There was probably a genuine risk.
He did the right thing.
Only mistake you could possibly say he made was to enter the building without looking at her properly - arguably he should have turned and run at the door. But that's easy to say with 20/20 hindsight

Maybe report to police as anonymous, you could have been a passer by who saw a lady threatening someone with a knife..... sorry if this is me being niaive, but that's what I would have thought of doing

At the door it was the classic hide behind the door welcome, so no chance of recognising the change in her before I was in. Two steps in I see her and say nope not for me; then the shout of having a knife; the flash of metal and recognition of that knifewaving in the air. Me saying ok have the cash, torn from hand and out the door. It was so quick.

Could I have fought her? Absolutely. She's frail and tiny. But the thoughts were; who else is here? Do I risk a stabbing? and I neglected to mention the whacking great Alsatian in the room next door that greeted me from the window on the walk up. All quick flashes in my mind as I made the decision to just abandon the £80 rather than risk serious harm to myself.

You made the right decision.
Even if you had fought her off you'd open yourself up to accusation of assault or worse that you'd have problems defending against.

I got a similar response from AW when I paid someone a deposit and the meeting never happened. I just wanted them to put a warning on her profile, but they refused.
