Maybe mentally struggling, before anything even starts I’m thinking I hope I can get hard, and if I can’t ive had snide comments that destroys confidence, just comments like “why you can’t get hard, what’s that? Is that a midget? Just comments like that
Assuming those comments were from WGs, please review all of those who've said that to you (and similar things), even if you saw you them a long time ago. Comments like that only come from truly crap escorts and they should be extremely rare. I've only ever had one or two crap Romanians tell me something similar, if anything it's almost funny because clearly saying something like that will only serve to make you even softer (indeed I told one of them that and it didn't go down too well
).
Sometimes when I half half one and I’m doing business with condom I have to fake ive come because I can feel it shrinking, mentally it’s tough having a shag just for the fear I’m gonna so small
Always remember that you're there for your pleasure only and fear of being judged by the girl you've just paid for a service is just not something you should concern yourself. Indeed, pretty much all escorts will have seen it all before (many clients with similar erection issues, including younger ones) and all the decent escorts really won't care.
Also, most escorts will very likely notice that you've faked ejaculation because they've seen so many real ones they know exactly what it looks, sounds and feels like (even though it obviously varies significantly person to person ) and they should probably recognise the signs of fake one too (especially since many do it themselves
). Even if they don't notice any of that, they probably will notice the lack of cum in the bag. Of course they won't say anything because a) they'll probably be happy that the "hard work" is over and b) they won't want to say anything for fear of offending you/making you "lose face".
By the way any working girls on here that would understand and be willing to see me without discrimination
There are LOADS of WG's out there who meet that criteria. Most of the well reviewed escorts on this list should fit the bill (double click on the Rating heading/column to sort the table into the order of most positive reviews to least):

Not really overweight, 154 pounds 5’8”
Don’t drink, never touched the stuff
Based on your BMI (23.3) and what I presume to be your ethnicity, even though you are a healthy weight, you're ever so slightly just into the category of being at "increased risk" of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke etc. See here:
External Link/Members OnlyI'd recommend measuring your waist circumference (ensure you do it correctly as per the previous link or the following one - it's definitely not the waist size of trousers) and, assuming you're ethnicity is South Asian (e.g. Pakistani as per your username), if it's 35 inches or more, I'd recommend making some small improvements to your diet (or increasing the intensity of your exercise but fat loss is much with diet changes and it's probably a little healthier given that you already exercise) in order to get your waist circumference down. See this link for more info:
External Link/Members OnlyWell I’m 24 and using viagra unfortunately. Physically Im fine so must be mental
Even if you're using over the counter Viagra, I presume you've been to the doctor and had all the relevant tests done to show that there is no physical problem?
As with the OP, I recommend seeing some of the most well reviewed girls on the list above. Obviously, it won't always be an amazing punt (e.g. as with Molly Swedish) but the likelihood is a lot higher. Since I think you like MILFs, this one has very recently received a couple of very positive reviews on here:

Yes I took anti depressants some 14 years ago and within 24 hours I couldn't unload and the hard wasn't the same. I was on antidepressants for 5 months, took an age to recover. Still have problems unloading now if I'm honest. But I tend to feel its all in the mind, but I really dont know any more. Just be careful of anti depressants thats all.
Not all anti depressants will have that effect, I think it's just the SSRIs (Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors) but obviously it's definitely worth asking the doctor about it if you are prescribed anything.
I have to say, I think that's absolute bollocks re: the olive oil. Infact, quite the opposite.
I'll have a Google and see what I can find.

Although I do think the potential benefits are sometimes overstated by the media but they definitely do exist. Funnily enough, I was recently researching this myself (specifically olive oil vs other oils). That systematic review you posted in reply #58 is a recent and rather thorough one which includes numerous well designed studies and it backs up what you've said very well.
Here's an interesting and very recent, well designed randomised trial comparing olive oil with coconut oil and butter:
External Link/Members OnlyBasically, olive oil is the pretty much the healthiest oil you can use and as long as you don't over-consume it (as with anything really), it's perfectly fine.
Pritikin site is absolutely correct. Since you asked my sources are both internet and books, all backed up by peer reviewed research which you can check out if in doubt. The Mediterranean diet high in olive oil is healthy DESPITE the olive oil, not because of it. All the fruit and veg etc. which is protective and improves artery health, outweighs the negative effects of the oil. Olives on the other hand have a positive effect without any downside because the oil is within the matrix of the food with all the fibre and full range of chemicals.
Read that systematic review he posted in full -
External Link/Members OnlyNot all the studies included in that review are based on those with Mediterranean diets (although many are), some are just studies done on people who took olive oil as a supplement.
While you're definitely right that olives are mostly even healthier and do contain the full range of chemicals it's important to note the concentrations of some of those chemicals in olives vs olive oil. In olive oil, some compounds, some of which are beneficial (e.g. some beneficial antioxidants as well as other compounds and obviously fats, including "healthy" fats) are found in much higher concentrations. If you really want the best benefits then it's actually best to eat olives (not just green olives but also black ones too)
and olive oil. Here's an easy to understand article (I'm not sure who it's written by):

There is obviously good reason for olive oil being studied so much, not just olives.
Anyway, please posts links to the peer reviewed research you're referring to. Also note that peer review is pretty much the minimum standard for decent scientific evidence. There are numerous way research can be conducted and some studies are VASTLY superior to others. Systematic reviews and meta analyses are the best standard of evidence because they include multiple studies and tend to only include the high quality ones.
Technically, clinical guidelines (e.g. guidelines published by organisation such as NICE, the Royal Colleges etc) are the best standard of evidence because they tend to be made by a panel of leading experts (medical doctors and scientists) and are based primarily on the best available evidence (which obviously includes good systematic reviews as much as possible). Since we're discussing the actual evidence though, I won't bother linking any of these guidelines unless you want me to (I'd also have to find them because I'm not a doctor).
Oil, even extra virgin olive oil, damages the lining of blood vessels (endothelium).
Here's an even more recent review illustrating the
protective effects of olive oil on the endothelium:
External Link/Members OnlyHere's some other recent reviews looking at the potential health benefits of olive oil:
External Link/Members OnlyExternal Link/Members OnlyExternal Link/Members OnlyExternal Link/Members OnlyAll the above links aren't just an individual study each, they all include data from numerous studies and in order for the to be included in the review they needed to be highly relevant and well designed too (although of course to truly check that you'll need read the individual methodologies and asses for yourself). Of course, some of them will be including/referencing the same studies so there will be some "overlap".
I can provide plenty more evidence if you want but please only ask once you've read and understood all the above in full. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Obviously no absolutely concrete conclusions can be made and more studies are always needed (as with pretty much everything in the biological sciences) but there is A LOT of robust scientific evidence to support what winkywanky has said.
Anyway, I'm definitely not disagreeing with pretty much everything else you've said. It's absolutely vital not to over-consume olive oil otherwise it certainly will be unhealthy. You're also very right about their being a variety of other sources of many the beneficial compounds and fats in olive oil. You definitely don't need olive oil and a diet rich in the things you've suggested will be very beneficial to your health.
Then you should change your GP if you're not happy. There are plenty of good ones about.
You don't continue to visit a WG if she is not meeting your needs.
Bear in mind that they won't do tests just because you think you need/want them. They have to be justified.
And sometimes people (I'm not saying you) don't hear what they want to hear from their GP so assume that they are wrong or a waste of time.

Personally I also think it's worth going private but that shouldn't be absolutely necessary.
