Worth searching AW in E Mids for the name as some girls use the same name after they leave an agency. Failing that you need to search AW in Nottingham and check the photos to see if you can spot her. I've found 4 ex-agency girls in the last fee months this way. If you narrow down the age range and get profile with a recent sign in you won't have too many pages to check.

I've seen Chloe 4 times & I'm 100% certain thats her. Must admit i'm very surprised she's left Feline as she told me she would never go over to VIP. I guess i will gave to start using them from now on.

Not many AW users may have heard of Agency Models, so would think of contacting them on AWas another new agency. VIP have a history of using numerous different Agency names and different websites.

Unlikely to be seen as Agencies Merging. Also Also given the history of VIP, I doubt if they would ever sit down and have a civilised talk with other Agencies in Nottm.

Not seen either yet Bad - both fairly new to the agency websites so a bit of a gamble either way, unless anyone else has seen them. Sky's photo looks plausible whereas Ezmays has been identified as a fake - very unusual for Feline so a good chance she has a similar appearance anyway.

Be interested to hear how you get on. I'm on hols at the moments so it'll be a few weeks before I can do any first hand research, so best of luck!

Id like to direct this post at vip, I have used both agencies and have never really had any issues with either. I must say that the girls at vip I have used rush you some what. Also I have sometimes been told my time is up when in reality Iv got 20mins left. This doesnt happen with feline. I have not messaged the agency as I do not wish to name any girl in particular but perhaps a wide spread message to all the girls not to make their clients feel rushed. Can I ask why it is vip change incall locations every few months? This can be quite annoying as you get used to going to one place and then the next few occasions your lost trying to find your way. Also we are very busy so this is why a lot of girls want to work with us and have jumped ship to be with us.

I didnt want her sacked! One reason I suggested sending round a message was just so they were aware that it has been mentioned. It does seem harsh not to even issue a final warning. Im glad I didnt report her if its an instant dismissal. Everyone manages differently but being a manager myself I would always talk to my staff and discuss the issue and then take action which would never be an instant dismissal unless for something extremly serious. Does man management not apply when managing escorts?

In the normal course of employment, you'd get a verbal warning, then a written one before being booted, and it would have to be dismissable.

Seems WGs at agencies are throw away commodities.

No we do have a 3 strike rule a new girl goes to our regulars and we get honest feedback but we always ask for feedback in general. But I'm glad to hear the comments from VIP that they're strict that girls shouldn't cut bookings short, I had a similar experience to Billy where the girl finished me off because "it's near the end of your time" only to discover there was over 15 minutes left of an hour booking when I stepped into the shower for a clean up before going. It was last year and the girl has long since gone.

I agree with the comments though that I'd prefer the agency to be sensible in how they interpret this so a girl shouldn't be sacked just on the complaint of one punter.
