This clamp down on kerb crawling in the RD district of Norwich has been all over the local papers and tv. And going down there pissed and with no insurance is asking for trouble.

In fairness alcohol induces the "best" ideas which on rreflection are poor judgement calls

In some ways it's not his fault

£30 fine would be fair

It hasn't gone to court yet, I suspect that when it does and he is inevitably found guilty, his name will indeed be emblazoned over the pages of his local press.

It also says he was charged and will appear in court for drink driving but there is no reference to kerb crawling so probably just a slap on the wrist if he hadn't been pissed.
The bloke is a prick on a number of levels for -
1 Drink driving
2 No insurance
3 Kerb crawling
But to do all 3 in combination makes him a total fucktard  :crazy:

Yeah plus no insurance, Until people get fines of £2K for drink driving and the same for no insurance then there isn't much incentive not to do it.
Dropping a fag end can land you a fine of up to £150 so drink driving should be at least 10 times that  :unknown:
