Thats odd mate, every time i've booked a week in advance with her as I have to plan trips to London and she's never not been available/flaked. Yeah aw's worth a go, she did mention a preference for outcalls initially due to not having agency safety. However, just reach out and see.

She can chrage what she likes. Also she will be doing her own admin around the bookings etc. so that in itself can justify the uplift.

Personally if I have to pay £400ph to an agency or £400 direct to the girl, I would perfer the latter TBH.

Kinda a main reason for going indy, increase your take home. You've always come across a bit thick but in any profit seeking business, charge the max you can that still enables you to get the desired level of demand. How would anything else be logical? (somewhat rhetorical)
