No idea, but if their profiles disappeared in the last week it's very likely they just got caught up in aw's rule change / profile cull rather than they've stopped working. So if you've still got any old numbers for them then just try.

Not sure of the details but they had to comply with new verification rules imposed by Mastercard. Been discussed over on the main forum.

Well I know that’s not Katie, so it must be Lynne!

Ive seen Katie and she is prettier in real life than her face pic on her old profile.  Hope she updates it when she rejoins AW.
