Location is huge set of apartments near the bay. Parking during the daytime is a nightmare. The apartment blocks itself has visitor parking, but to get through the gate you need access from the concierge. I assume they will note car details etc. After driving up and down couple of times and not finding parking on the main street, drove away and parked about 5min walk away. So, I was late for the appointment, but kept in touch informing about the delay. Very clear instructions to get to the studio flat, which is tidy.

I see a client every week for a cup of tea he's an older gent I don't charge him anymore it didn't feel right to carry on charging him as long as he brings the biscuits I'm happy to give the old man some company and a chat I also have a twice a month reg who just wants to go for dinner  your point being??
