Mill, I agree with That Guy, it's best to clear it up first.  I have put my brief review with Kenzie on here and it is a very positive review and I had seen her the through AW on 2 occasions  but if I was basing the review on the Comms recently it would definitely be a negative because she completely ignored me.  In retrospect should have kept it all very clear through Portfolio who are a fantastic agency and Comms are very good.
