For my booking all comms were through AW/email, but she read and replied to them promptly.  I booked a few days ahead of the planned meet date, and she messaged me on the actual morning to check everything was okay, which was a good sign I thought.  Then I didn't hear from her again and she didn't show.....but next day she messaged me again apologising and offering a plausaible explaination.  No phone number was fothcoming, although I didn't ask for one.
