Yes, except they generally express some regret, categorise as Neutral, or a caveat along the lines of, 'only go for a 15min P&D'.

But what is wrong with that. The punter is making a choice, his choice and is getting what he paid for.

I get what the OP is saying. There are many girls that are clearly there for the money only, and are getting no enjoyment themselves. They may be fit or not.
