Something certainly does need to be done about this... It's incredibly bad form but sadly it's also a perennial problem that will always be present when it comes to WGs... Yep - this was something I intended to put in my post above, so I'm glad you've raised it. Commenting about a BB lady or BB service within a review is - IMHO - the right place for it, as is to comment whether or not she openly advertises it.
