Can any members help complete the list of average prices? There's a lot of areas I'm not sure about. Thanks.

For Birmingham:

15 minute bookings if offered ~ £40.
30 mins £50-£80. Average ~£60-70.
1 hour £80-£100 for most European girls, but can be as low as £70, or as high as £120. British girls usually charge £120 - £150, some even higher; but some can be had for £100.

I can fill in a bit.  I suggest we split by category a bit more.  Agency vs indy vs brothel.  The ranges seem big, but by category the prices are much tighter than the ranges seem other wise.

I think you have a very good time I want to get the basic information in and then it can be rejigged to be more specific.

Thanks to the contributors on puntingwiki as well. I see it of a way a punter can know if the girl is overcharging or offering a fair price.
