In the last 20 years - I first visited in 2001 - Australia's gone from being a comparatively cheap country for Brits to visit to somewhere really expensive. And not just for punting.

Makes you thankful that we have something over here, in AW, which is a little more down and dirty, and where you can easily find normal WGs who charge affordbale rates for a bonk.

That's what I did a while ago.
Found a lot of Australian prices were double the UK.  Then went to Singapore and things were around half the price.  After that, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and things were half the price again.
(Think it was something like £200/hr in Australia; £50-£60 for an hour in Hong Kong; £80 for an overnight in Malaysia etc.)

We do get a pretty good deal on a lot of things over here compared to Australia, the USA etc. even though we moan about how something went up from £1 to £1.05 overnight

Although at present, getting to some of these places is hard and can't say for certain if the women are there due to travel / Visa etc. restrictions.
Kuala Lumpur, at present, has some £19 a night prices at various hotels such as some Hilton branded one.  Dirt cheap if you're there for a couple of days and pick up a girl in the Beach Club (or wherever these days).

The point I'm making is why are you posting the same question on different boards. Post your question once in the relevant section and wait to see if you get a response. If there is no response then nobody knows.

Just to educate you a little bit, the  icon means unknown, as in emphasising the post being a question, it is not head shacking as you suggest.

Australia is a strange place when it comes to punting. I was out there a few years ago with the family so no chance of any fun, although I did do some investigation into the scene. OP, where are you going in Oz ?

Spent several months down there.  Nothing similar to AW or UKP that is of any use.

Asian brothels were good though and decent value for money.  Independents were very expensive compared to what you can get in UK.  Most of the bigger cities will have at least one Asian brothel.  Google is your friend at finding these.  Pricing very similar to what you get in UK.  If you go back to the same girl a couple of times, additional services tend to be offered at no extra cost.  I'm talking traditional extra services like OWO, French kissing, and A-levels, not bareback.

Brothels are regulated so they are clean and well run.  Most have an en-suite shower in the room.  They will either do a line-up for you to select from, or they will have the girls come into a private room one at a time to briefly meet them and you tell the madam which one you want.

Just for your benefit, I had clean forgotten that I asked this question back in May. So in asking again this week, I thought it was the first time. It got a decent response this time, which is exactly what this board is all about. Thanks to those who helped!

As you will see, if you look, I try to contribute to this board with thoughts, reviews and suggestions, and if I am sometimes slightly wide of the accepted mark I assure you it's not with the intention of upsetting people. There's a fair bit of aggression on UKP, but none of it really comes from me - although sometimes one does have to defend oneself / justify a post. The mods on here do a superb job, and I will try to heed your advice that sarcasm is not appreciated when replying to a post which is moderator in nature, rather than punter in nature.

Clitheroelad and usroads ... I'm not actually planning to visit Aussie myself. Instead, I was enquiring because a SP with whom I've had a lot of fun in the past went down there a few months ago, and I think she's stuck there with COVID-19 travel restrictions. So, I was idly wondering if I could spot her profile on one of the Australian websites. She's very distinctive :-) Hence my desire to discover if there's something similar to AW in Australia.

When I last went to Australia on holiday, a WG (based in the UK but who had worked in Aus) informed me of a site which she deemed quite equivalent to UKP called Punter Planet.

She was unsurprisingly mostly wrong. She seemed to think the similar lack of WG-punter interaction on there was some sort of key similarity. In reality there are many key differences between that site and UKP, most notably:
- They host paid adverts which obviously represent a conflict of interest.
- A lot of the reviews I read seemed overly positive/fluffy/deluded. They also seemed to very rarely be challenged/pointed out as fluffy.
- There are hidden areas/sections which include more reviews.

Given all the above that site is clearly vastly inferior to UKP.

Naturally I never bothered punting in Aus because it seemed overpriced, albeit not quite as bad as the US.
