I wouldn't agree that her life is fucked, many girls choose to have a kid as a career option as it's easier than slogging it out in a normal job earning minimum wage especially if the father is a meal ticket

He isn't protected though as his name was published, it must be the worst kept secret in football and his partner will no doubt (rightly) be giving him the hardest time of his life, add to that he now risks the break up of that relationship along with his new born kid

I've never had a kid, but raised dogs. Those things are hard work. There's two pedo involved in raising a little paradise. I'm not trying to make the women sound like a  innocent in this scenario. Just trying to point out she'll be doing all the raising work while he'll be boasting anonymity and sending the occasional money.

Occasional money ?

You mean more than a lot of us earn in a year every month?

She will probably be able to afford a nanny and a cleaner so she can continue pouting and showing her tits and ass on instagram thinking she is something special.

And fairplay to her, anyone who can make their way in life without having to graft deserves some sort of respect.

Falling pregnant and then having and raising kid is not exactly the easiest life in the world.

A lot of you guys seem to forget the vast majority of punters  forget request a condom because they know the risks. Some try to convince the SP they're clean. Personally, I never met a civvy guy who wanted to use condoms at all. They'd try to convince me they were clean.

She was named. His name got deleted. Her life got thrown in the mud. He got some protection
At this point it doesn't matter if she was a prossie or not. Her life is fucked. She's stuck raising the kid. He's protected.
Not sure how new this is, it all might've been discovered after she decided to have unprotected sex, however some women might find it useful in future if they want to avoid getting pregnant.

I haven't read it all but I think some forms even help to protect against STI's.

It's such a shame none of it was available to her.

You fail to realise that some people thrive on notoriety and revel in their badperson behaviour. They worship Made in Chelsea and all the other 'reality shit' and they think if they can do that, so can I.

People sell their stories to papers for lots of money and knowingly put others in the shit, whether that was their prime motivation or not.

It's also not unknown for some women/girls to purposely sate their primeval urge to have a kid, and go what they think is the 'easy route', be it to get up the duff and know the kid (and therefore they) will be looked after by the state and they'll get given accommmodation, or at the other end of the scale, sell their story for £80,000 and know they'll be in financial clover for the next 18yrs, no financial worries at all.

Whether your theory is true or not will gradually emerge over the coming weeks, but obviously very expensive lawyers are now involved and it will all be locked down for some time. Oh, and worth noting that for a girl in her situation now, there'll always be a solicitor willing to come forward and be seen to be the one protecting a 'fair maiden in distress'.

You have a valid point and I failed to see the situation from any other point than my own. In my perspective, if I accidentally got pregnant I'd expect the dude to be nice and cuddle me while doing the abortion. Maybe order pizza while watching stupid movies for a few days.

In this case, she was punching above her weight by takingit to the media.

Thing is, once you go to the media you have to be prepared to play by their rules, otherwise you can get eaten alive. You can end up selling your soul, but for some people (male or female) it doesn't matter a jot.

In the old days you'd go to a guy like Max Clifford to manage the process and the outcome, and if he was on 20% it wouldn't matter because you'd be getting 200% more than you would have done without him, and you'd be the one coming out smelling of roses. But of course we see now what guys like Clifford are really like .

Ultimately the whole business is a shower of shit and a slowmotion car crash.

Are we allowed to say names on here ?

Anyway, I’ve heard a name. It isn’t an English name, and they abruptly left the premier league to ply their trade in another European country.

For legal reasons I would hold off, Head1 is the man to decide.

Legal issues are irrelevant. If the Sun had at one stage said "it's Joe Bloggs" and someone put a post saying "the Sun reported that it was Joe Bloggs", then the post here is a solid fact that Joe Bloggs cannot dispute. He might not like that it's been commented on, but if it is true that the Sun said it - even if incorrect - then there is no legal recourse.
However I am not going to make a fuss about it because the moderators have decided it shouldn't be mentioned, so that's that.

But you are, otherwise what is the point of your post.   :dash:

Naming him, whether legal or not would bring unwanted attention to this site. Is that so difficult for you to understand.

Search for the title of this thread and it's 3rd and 4th in the list.

Did a calc on the child maintenance calculator on the government website.
Assumed a weekly taxable income of £80k;
Kid never stays with him;
No other kids.

Hardly a gravy train to live off for her. And small beans for someone making football type salaries. Doesn’t have to pay any more, unless he wants anonymity.

To directly answer your question: correcting an erroneous assertion as to WHY the guy should not be named is NOT the same as saying that the guy should be named.

Do you know if there is an injunction in place with regard to naming him.   :unknown:

Edit

It doesn't explain why you would want to bring up legal reasons why you think he could be named on a site where naming him is not allowed. Seems a bit pedantic to me.

Why do you want to name him?

Is there any advantage in naming him?

What’s the advantage in drawing attention to this site when lawyers are involved?

Yeah, maybe it is pedantic.
Regarding any injunction - that is EXACTLY the point. You cannot be bound by an injunction that you have no knowledge of, nor can injunctions be applied to the general public.
Anyway let's just forget it now, I don't want to be banned for arguing.

The whole point is why you want to bring up reasons why his name could be posted on here when it has been specifically stated it can not be. A point you are still arguing.

It would make no difference if you had written consent from the footballer himself allowing you to name him, you could not post it on here, those are the forum rules and they override any reason it could be posted that you come up with so quite why you brought the point up in the first place is beyond me.
