No feedback at all for a girl with a killer body after months of "activity"? Totally fishy. Sure accounts switch hands so feedback left may not apply to the current renter but often you spot a name or detail that makes this clear. Even if the feedback for the pictured lady is a bit fluffy, if the reviewer has history/credibility for reporting other ladies with reliable reputations I'd still give that some consideration. If the reviewer hasn't been active for a while and then suddenly singing praises everywhere, I'm more likely to consider it a co-opted, untrustworthy source.
There have been plenty of SPs I've seen over the years that I couldn't be bothered to review after a poor punt. I might shout out a particularly bad encounter if I thought it was likely a scam artist. I tend to only consider leaving positive reviews after I've seen the lady more than a couple of times to establish reliability.
