Depends what you accept as normal. Many go down to 150 a half hour which is still too expensive in my opinion. But if you get a place in central Geneva you can invite a lassie off the street (daytime SWs are quite respectable). They don't charge ridiculous money and I've never had the slightest feeling of being ripped off by them. But 200 CHF for half an hour is as you might say common (not standard, any more than 150 is 'standard' on AW). But all you are doing is paying middle men and delivery service -- on top of Swiss prices for everything of course, which, as I've pointed out on another thread, makes it worth the train fare to Stuttgart across the border (a very pleasant ride) where prices and service are reassuringly 'normal'.
I'm not disputing what the guy paid, but several members coming onto the thread with zero reviews and offering 'authoritative' advice regs alarm bells, especially with sudden soft porn accounts which read like an advert, genuine or not. A hint to the wise...
