More of a thought that a proper thread: sometine ago I was a bit surprised when a work colleague remarked about going punting in Cambridge... I learnt that it is a huckleberry Finn kind of venture where you have a flatboat on a river and a pole to navigate with.

What a reaction such enthusiasts much have should they find this site.
