This place is on rotation as is most asian advert with similar/same layout. you wont meet the girl in the advert and if you did like them and want to return they wont be there next week as they change weekly.
99% of vivastreet oriental asian will turn out to be chinese girl with stolen images.
Don't expect to meet the person in photo, almost all of them rotate weekly.
Your best hope is to call or message to ask details of person working, they will still lie to get you to go, so if you want to chance it, go for it.
most fake oriental adverts = D cup mostly, height, size, Age 20s. Claim to be anything but chinese (japanese, Korean etc, highly unlikely)
