Clearly far too late to reply, but I'm around these parts sometimes so i wish others had shared!
Not sure what side of heathrow helps but the closest place I'm aware of that would be half decent would be baan thai in Twickenham. Strawberry hill. It's a regular Thai massage place where you can get a good normal Thai massage. Depending on the girl and how often you go you could get the massage you want. But not first time. First time you'll just get HR for an extra £20.
Staines is closer to waybridge but not aware of anything that way
