Not a trolling I'm afraid, it's true and hearing about him freaked me out and I almost quit punting... l do not know his full name or else I would have reported it, he is friend of a friend.... Just be careful out there

Mate you need to tell us who this son of a bitch is, most of the guys here have either girlfriends or wives and they also have children with them, your putting everyone's life's in danger by not telling us who this is guy is and ruining a lot of lives

Not only is he breaking the law but your also breaking the law by with holding information as you can be seen as an accomplice and preverting the cause of justice and both carry long term prison sentence

Maybe I should show a few of my police and lawyer friends this thread I'm sure they'll be very interested in talking to you

Told him to calm down about his tone and stop banging on about B B'ing , we all get it on here, but he's dug a hole for him self to justify his relentless holier than thou stance, I don't believe him, he will come up with stalling comments and hope it will all blow over, and why two sims, something to hide when pissing s p's off ? I've never had a need for another sim or second punting phone, you only need two if your up to no good .

I'm no lawyer but I'm not aware of it being illegal to fail to report a crime - only if asked by the police would there be an issue of withholding information. Please correct me if I'm wrong (also provide a link if possible). There is also a difference between withholding information, misleading/lying and perverting the course of justice. There's also a difference between lying to the police and doing it in court. As for being an accomplice that's surely rubbish since he's not helping the criminal in any way other than by failing to report it. They must also then prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that he did in fact know about it. That would require some fairly heavy evidence gathering and likely testimony from his friends which they wouldn't necessarily be obliged to give (unless again I'm wrong).

Anyway my point is that his risk of prosecution must be about 0.0000001% and certainly no one's ever been convicted of being an accomplice (not perpetrator) in this crime before.

The moral argument for disclosure, is of course compelling.

If he's aware of his friend who's HIV positive and he's aware of him sleeping with escorts BB then it is a crime.

This crime isn't like shoplifting or dealing in narcotics, this is about endangering life's. Regarding evidence they can to blood test and also go through your phone.

You can delete everything from your phone but all information can be retrieved from the phones hard drive even if the phone has been factory reset, very similar to how you can retrieve info from deleted files from laptops

About 4-5 years someone who had HIV and knowingly infected his girlfriend with HIV got 5 years, it was on the news too

All my phones location servers are switched off so my phone never keeps a record of where I've been
Regarding phone numbers I've saved them as some of my ex employees. Photos and videos are uploaded to cloud.
But thanks for the advice  :hi:

Guys come on. He's talking shit. If you knew of some idiot who was actually doing this would you carry on punting? He says "it almost" made him quit. I would have stopped straight away and got myself a HIV test and never looked back. Why would you carry on doing this if he knew for certain a guy out there was doing this? If tjat is the case then hes just as bad as the guy doing it.He's full of it in my opinion though.

I think so . But you've always got to remember the dangers associated with punting. This sjohn has opened up a country sized can of worms here,  he may be an uber troll but it does make you sit up and think.
All the recent allegations of barebacking sti's ect have come from Swansea,  are they more honest than there welsh counterparts or are they being vindictive fuckers.

I also call bullshit

You and this thread should be reported to the Police IMHO. Trolling or not it needs investigating.

I don't do bareback and I try and avoid girls who offer it. Despite this I get myself tested for everything once a year. When you visit an escort, or sleep with any girl you are not just sharing her sexual history you also sharing the sexual history of every man she has seen. The same applies to you with regard to her.
The girls I have spoken to about this have understood where I am coming from and agree I am taking the correct approach.
Getting tested is not as bad an experience as many of you may think. Staff at the GUM clinic are non judgmental and professional. I will admit that the chlamydia swab is is a bit unpleasant but it is very short lived.
You also get a testicular check whilst you are there which is a bonus. The last time a barebacker was outed on this site I had several girls in common with some of her reviewers and I had my test earlier than planned. If this latest discussion causes you concern then get yourself checked out. You will be looking after yourself, your partner if you have one and the rest of the punting community.
Take care and have fun, it is a pertinent phrase for this thread.

You're right about everything regarding the person knowingly spreading the HIV but there are NO examples of anyone being prosecuted (never mind convicted) of failing to report it when they knew about it (not sure what the crime is actually called but if it's perverting the course of justice then there's a lot more to that than just not saying anything). Please provide evidence for your assertion that it is illegal to withhold information (not lie or mislead) about a possible crime.

Basically what I'm saying is there is NO obligation in law to report a crime (as far as I'm aware that applies to all crimes). However if you are asked about a crime by the police and you fail to provide the information you know, then it may be a crime.

As I said though, I'm not saying there's not a big moral argument to do so.

Hi VW.

"When did you last go they haven't swabbed for a decade all piss tests now here over the bridge in civilisation."

I was tested in November. I had blood and urine tests which came back in a week. They also did the swab as the results are available in an hour. It is effectively a double test. The swab tests for a couple of things, but chlamydia is the only one I can remember at present. The nurse did state "we still do the swab test here" before I agreed to go ahead.

If you're replying to me, you're not reading what I said properly. I am well aware there are convictions for spreading HIV. What I'm saying is there are no convictions for failing to report it (assuming you're not the perpertrator) - which is what king was talking about.

Fair enough Nige. Missed your point there.

interesting.  I usually pop into dse in london when in town.  Simale usually 3 hours and piss results done .

hope it wasn'the to bad

Offline Cymro72

"Hope it wasn't too bad"
Short term pain for long term gain. Actually it was not that bad, a sharp stabbing pain whilst the swab was taken, but no pain after it was done.
I am sure that someone somewhere pays a girl on AW for an experience like that, but it did nothing for me at all thankfully as the nurse is chaperoned at all times during the examination and I picked the day when the student was on duty.
