I have seen Ruby on cam a couple of times and have discussed meeting her and i didn't smell bullshit like most cam girls. I couldn't get anything arranged at the time as she could only accept outcalls and I'm strictly in-call (too much hassle). Prices that were discussed were also a lot more reasonable than a lot of the cam girls. if she were to offer in calls I would certainly consider seeing Ruby.

I can't vouch for this 100% but I'm sure she does 'outcalls'. Mind you, I think she will want a tidy sum.
I'd start the planning via AW email and progress to mobile number exchange.
You might be looking at £500 for the hour plus hotel.

What I wouldn't do though is pay a deposit. And be very very polite..

Timewasters are unlikely to pay for the (return) travel to get her there (and back). What happens if she turns up looking somewhat less than expected and the client wants to cancel due to her failure to meet expectations? A hooker who can't seal the deal at the point of transaction should quit.

Since my initial post I have established that she does escort, as per her profile. She doesn't really make a secret of it. On occasion she offers in-calls, as per her profile. And as per her profile interested parties will need to contact her to discuss. A deposit is likely to be required to weed out what she views as time wasters. It's all there really.
