Where it goes to shit for most agency lasses is that the pimp finds out who they are in the real world and is then able to coerce them.

A good agency will have enough lasses, with a high enough turnover of lasses, on it's books that the pimp shouldn't give a shit if the are on AWank or not as the case maybe.

Ironically the AW profile for "Simone" (as Phoebe was called back then) was deliberately masquerading as an indie rather than agency profile (there was no mention of the agency anywhere on the profile). The woman I spoke with finally acknowledged that the profile was 'managed" by the agency, but until that point she tried to maintain the deceit that it was an indie profile. That's not the approach of a good and reputable agency. Neither is it a sound foundation to refute the other assertions.

Laura here.... I am sick to my stomach at what is being said here because i care deeply about the ladies who employ me to represent them. I would NEVER do such things and I find it sad that someone who does in fact care is being blasted...as this industry is plagued with horrid types.

Nothing I have said on here is a lie. When I worked for Laura, your rate of booking depended on how much time you spent with her, she expected you to be her friend. It was more effort to keep her sweet and deal with the daily phone calls and social meetings than working indie has ever been.

She uses the term 'who employ me to represent them' but she will favour girls who work the hours she says. Towards the end she was telling me I 'had' to work evenings if I wanted any work. And even started accusing me of poaching clients (I would never bite the hand that feeds me).

I know for a fact that Laura was running the AW page created for me at the time. I cannot speak to what Pict experienced, but there was no one else that would have answered the phone or email to that AW profile. No one else taking any calls for the agency at all.

You won't find Eva elsewhere as Laura doesn't let you work anywhere else.

I've known Mandy since 2012 and have seen her numerous times. I'v also known Phoebe for over 2 years now, as she was the one who informed via about a punter trying to out me.
 
I know whom to believe.

I also know of a 3rd WG, another ex-Midland Belles, who did not have any kind words to say about Charlotte/Laura (the Pimp who runs the agency).

Also, my experience of Agencies (mainly Nottingham based ones) has now extended to Leicester and includes Midland Belles. The Nottigham Agencies are well documented on here, I have now bookmarked this thread for experience with Leicester Based Agencies.

I'm Poshtottie88 on AW and I used to work for Midland Belles. I was new to the game when Laura took me on. Laura took the time to teach me how to be safe, savvy and above all enjoy my meetings with clients. She was very good at matching me with clients that I would naturally get along well with and she would always explain in advance the clients needs and check that I was happy to go ahead. Midland belles are very good at matching ladies and clients based on sexual interest and personality which is why they are a top agency. I'm really grateful that my first experiences were under Laura's wing. I don't work for them now because I now have a full time job and need to pick up bookings when I can around work. I do still recommend clients to midland belles when I am busy and I would advise any newbies in the midlands to go on their books!

Surely you could have remained on their books on a part-time basis, if they are as good as you say they are.

If Midlands Belles is that a good an Agency, surely you would have promoted them on your AW profile, just as much as you have done in this thread.

Why would you recommend ANY newbie to join Midland Belles, instead of going Indie on AW, where she could have earned more, without paying the Agency Fees (Phoebe mentions somewhere on here that these amounted to approx 1/3 of the fees).

You've been a member on here for over 15 months and up until yesterday, you had only 1 post under your belt. Strange how you manage to find this thread and were very fast in posting your response. Did Charlotte direct you to this thread? More than a coincidence, methinks!!

I did get fired for using my photos on adultwork and when I didn’t beg for my job back that’s when I got the threats from her and other people she’d gave my number too. Surely if I employ her I should be able to fire her

It is good to see two obviously intelligent girls properly adding value in line with the purpose of this forum (rather then the more usual self defence / excuses rants we more normally see).

It strikes me that WGs do have the best insight on these agencies practices. So ex-agency girls should take encouragement from Mandy ana Phoebe's input on here. This could help reduce the business that exploitative pimps have; leading ultimately (one might hope) to better treatment of the girls that work for them.
