For what you are looking for I think the main difference is that while Morgan does offer sexual services, she doesn't (as far as I know) do OWO or french kissing, whereas Miss Luxx does.  Both would be good for the dom stuff you want.

There's always a problem with true 'Domme's' as in they seldom (if ever) do the more shall we say 'erotic' stuff. I've always thought of how they must survive. LOL BTW I do know what I'm talking about here.
