three days but I find the tadalafil is still active on the third day
If you are 'feeling woozy' after taking any ED meds in whatever dosage or combination, you need to contact your GP. I assume you did that?
I've taken 1x 50mg tab of Sildenafil 3 days running and only ever had the usual headachy symptoms.... I'm not saying this to be a smart arse,it's just that because of my wife's illness and my need to organise a carer for her means that I cannot organise or plan in advance... the 3 tabs in 3 days was a one off, due to being let down by carers and WG cancelling.
I've very regularly taken 100mg Sildenafil one or two days after a 20mg Tadalafil. It works out really well.
.. until it doesn't. Not recommended. ED Meds have a fairly high abuse factor, indeed I've been there and got the 'experimental' T shirt, but at the time I was a very fit and healthy, non drinking, never smoked 50 year old, with normal BP and no other meds. Your body your choice, but as per the OP recommendation is 72 hours gap, especially at the maximum doses you are taking (sometimes within 24 hours). Bear in mind alcohol will affect your BP also, although it will normally raise it.
