some STD's are transmissible via mouth, vagina and anal.  some studies have concluded that there's not been any cases of HIV transmission through oral.

Why are so many people so ignorant of the facts surrounding sexual health when partaking in this hobby that they rely on others  to tell them what risk they should take.

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable seeing an escort that openly offers bareback to punters but OP does have somewhat of a point.
