How to post a pic

Need some tech help from you members on how to post a pic to a review or general discussion? I have it saved on my PC just not sure how to attach it to a post.

External Link/Members Only I and a lot porn forums use this although some people say there antivirus warnings are triggered but I have had no such trouble.
